GUNJI!!??
Great news for fans of Kurahana Chinatsu-sensei 倉花千夏, original character designer of Togainu no Chi 咎狗の血 and Lamento Beyond the Void. The PSP otome game Uta no Prince-sama where she also did the character design will be animated and broadcast during Summer 2011!

Marketed as an anime with an awesome cast and music, the story in the game is set in a music academy 早乙女学園 where the heroine is partnered with one of the students (an idol backup). One of their tasks is to create a new song and in the process the heroine gets to interact with the senior, the teachers and other students… otome game with a music element. We’ll have to wait for more details before we know how the anime will be like. I haven’t played the games but they’re wish list items.
Yay for the anime. But the only thing that worries me is that it is done by A1 Pictures which went horribly wrong with Togainu no Chi anime OTL;;; But then again, it may swing to the other extreme to become a winner like both seasons of Kuroshitsuji anime.
