This set includes 10 figures from top left: Nou Hime (Nou Princess) 濃姫, Akechi Mitsuhide 明智光秀, Katakura Kojuro 片倉小十郎, Mori Ranmaru 森蘭丸, Itsuki いつき, and from bottom left: Takeda Shingen 武田信玄, Date Masamune 伊達 政宗, Sanada Yukimura 真田幸村, Oda Nobunaga 織田信長, and a secret figure.

In case you’re unfamiliar, Sengoku Basara is a Playstation 2 fighting game by Capcom. I’ll have to say… it is an awesome stress-reliever. One of the fun things about this game are the imaginative weapons the characters use. View the game trailer! And guess what? Come April 2009, there’s going to be a Sengoku Basara anime XD The story is loosely set in the warring era in Japan, so we can expect lots of battles and action.
Definitely something to look forward to ^^ And for seiyuu-fangirls, you’ll be happy to know that the lead characters will be voiced by Nakai Kazuya 中井和哉, Morikawa Toshiyuki 森川智之, Hoshi Souichirou 保志総ー朗 and Wakamoto Norio 若本規夫 The animation for the promotional video looks great. Character designs of the bishis are yummy. Hopefully the quality is maintained for the whole series.

cool yes the dvd has come out here in the uk for me tio buy, and in my neomag it said …adn possible love intrest for them.. so tell me how much are the hints in this series please say and i like happy endings btw lol
@m: Sengoku Basara is not BL :P so try not to get your hopes too high in that sense. However, it has loads of hot bishonens and a number of slashable couples. Season one was entertaining. The ending was ok but I haven’t got round to Season two coz I had no time.

Yukimura…i feel so bad for him! Hes always getting smacked around by his sensei! Its funny though. I think his idiotic-ness is good in a way. The humor in this series is good because i was expecting it to be a serious anime.XD

As for Yukimura, oh welly~ I’m starting to get more used to him being smacked around and his overly passionate declarations of admiration and loyalty towards his Lord ^^;;; He is a cute idiot? Hahaha… Funny to hear the recent episode saying that Yukimura has fallen for Date and vice versa lol~
Yes =_= the action was good but Sanada Yukimura’s character was quite idiotic lol~ But no matter, I was watching out more for Nakai Kazuya’s Date Masamune. I’ll watch a few more episodes and see how it goes. It has potential tho’.

@akiyama: Yep, he voices Akechi Mitsuhide in the game but the current confirmed cast list for the anime doesn’t have his character listed yet. Let’s wait till more information is available ^^ I’ve already pre-ordered these chibis *_* ~$~
